Autun Cathedral is the main religious building of Autun, France. Famous for its Romanesque sculptures by Gislebertus, it is a national monument of France. The church was built from around 1120 as a replacement for the former Cathedral of St. Lazarus (5th century), which housed the alleged relics of Jesus' friend. Construction finished around 1146, the portico being completed some years later.
