A great place of God's Service during 00's every Friday afternoons with Pastor Carlos Dultra and every Monday - Thursday with Pastor Fred Reyes. Many people would come and hear of the Good News of God for everyone during those times. Their Anniversary Celebrations would lead them closer to God and to enjoy life even as time passes by. It was a celebration for God's Glory for the Youth Ministry at that time. God's Spirit was seen in that Youth Ministry and To God be the glory for all these things that happen here at 13V.

This is also the place where a Miracle happened in the Imperial family's life, and that is the Miraculous Healing of Enrique C. Imperial. To God be the glory for His Love for us and for His Healing Hand upon the life of Mr. Enrique C. Imperial. To God be the glory always.

This was also the place where the word "Tambay" was defined. This was where people challenged for fun and not for money, food was alright here at 13V, The house guests get to play cool and exciting games like "Outtriger", "Red Dead Revolver", "Spawn : ITDH", "Battle Painters", "Destruction 2", "Smackdown : HCTP", "Tekken 5" and "Def Jam : Fight for New York". Mainstay guests are : K-NORR, SHIN G. , Crying Freeman, JRM, Chizzle my Nizzle, Mike F., Sayfety King, Lionella, Shiena B., G-Raia913, Haruhi Suzumiya, Yuki Nagato and the SOS Dan, Manilyn Dela Rosa.
