  • a flop project by Kalani and EWDPL -most retailers running away even before mall has started and now over 80000 sq ft being sold as office space but only a fool will pay 9 rs per sq ft per month as maintenance FLOP show by EWDPL Indore -the illegal corporate house by Sharad Doshi next to this is much cheaper and better even if it has lot of excess construction. selling cost of office is 1600 per sq ft and maintenance is 1 rs per sq ft and this is cheaper n better option
