Historic Victorian hotel, built as the Midland Grand Hotel in 1873. Hotel closed in 1935 because it lacked modern facilities and was converted to railway offices. Building was left vacant in 1980 because it did not meet fire codes. It was known as St. Pancras Chambers for many years, and served mainly as a film location. Restored and reopened in 2011 as part of the conversion of St. Pancras into an international terminal.

The public rooms in the original building serve the hotel, while the upper levels are luxury apartments. The hotel guest rooms are located in a new wing constructed along the station's west.
