This building (601 University) originally had three restaurants: Little Caesars, Baskin-Robbins, and a Subway. The Baskin-Robbins closed and became a Smoothie King, and eventually, the former Little Caesars/Smoothie King spaces combined into a Papa John's. After Papa John's closed, the space became Rusty Taco, and after that closed, it was renovated into a huge Subway...the largest in Texas.
