The Academy provides the freshest and finest ingredients not common in local culinary schools, first-class kitchen facilities and equipment are also consistently maintained and a competent and professional faculty is available to lead the students through their selected culinary programs.

Attached to this letter are our Diploma and Certificate courses.
Schedules are as follows:
Diploma - starts June 5 (afternoon and Evening) and July 10 (morning)
Certificate - Weekday Class - May 8 (8-12nn)
Weekend Class - May 12 (9am -1pm)
