In the occasion of Chaite Dashain a great festival is celebrated.It is one of most great and important festival(Mela) in the Kaski District.It has been carried out from hundred of years before.It is one of the historical place of Pokhara too. Since there is historical temple of Lord Shiva,Omkareshower (Shivaalaya) located in this place.Here Shivaratri festival is greatly celebrated.
