A Beaux-Arts-style apartment building built in 1915 to a design by Jules Henri de Sibour. The first floor contained two apartments, while floors above each held an 11,000 sq. ft. apartment with 6 bedrooms and 14.5 ft. ceilings. Its most famous tenant was Andrew Mellon, who lived on the top floor from 1921 to 1937.
It is now the home of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
