LDA Avenue ONE Raiwind Rd. Lahore

Iam an allotte of a plot in LDA Avenue-I. I have so far deopsited six installments vide initial allotment letter. In 2005 LDA asked for deposit of six more installments without any sound reason. If the development cost has been increased, it is due to delay in development of land which is the deficiency on the part of LDA. The poor governemnt employees should not be punished for this by increasing 100% cost of land. The matter may be taken up at approprite level in the local government.
It is learnt the Nazim Lahore has distributed allotment letters to 500 allottees. What is the criteria aopted for this allotment? Allotment letters should be issued to all those who have paid intial cost of land i.e. six installemnts.

I hv a plot in ldaavenue on, Block M # 187, I want to sell. whats the status and what is the procedure of transfer. Is there any panding dues. plz info me and I also want to change my corresponding address from 88 Skander Block to
45 Skander Block, Allama Iqbal town, Lahore.Can u change it thru E.mail or not.

LDA office has been shifted to LDA, you can go there in the office timing they will easily change the address, i guess a fees of 250 Rs or something will be asked, i am not sure about the Fees. Also you plot location is at very bad location. Tell me your demand for this plot.

Hi dear officers of LDA
I am an allottee of plot in Block "L" Of LDA Avenue-I. I mean I got purchased from theoriginal allottee and got transferred properly. Letter of transfar is with me. Please let me know when the development of this block is going to take place and when the possession is likely to be handed over.

i am allottee of plot in block and paid all the dues. lda maanegment was contacted , they even dont know the faith of block-k. govt should take action against culperates responsible for this mismanagement the management should be taken to court to pay from their nose, all those who have suffered due to irresposible attitude of lda.

AsslamuAlaikum, i am interested in buying a plot in LDA, would any one recommend it? in case of yes/no, please explain also so i know the reasons.

Can any body please tell the faith of Block-k. It is almost seven year LDA is unable to take decision.It is moral duty of lda to provide alternate plot at the earliest.Is there any body in the government who can take charge of the LDA and help the poor allottees of LDA.
