  Dear Sir/Madam,I live on Foxdenton Lane Chadderton the rear of my property has field that separates my property from the Treatment Works ,I have been made aware that plant equipment on the sight has been stolen in the past,Security had to be step't up hence the introduction of Security lights were installed on on the buildings unfortunately some of these lights were shining into our bedrooms, I got in touch with the Treatment Works who in turn put me through to a man called [Franny], 1 hour later he called at my house and assessed the situation after he left and dealt with the problem within two days, He also rang me up to see if ever thing was O.K. , Recently I phoned Franny to let him know that there was just one light shining a bit high now that the trees near the boundary of the Treatment works had been taken down,Franny took action strait away and sorted it out,This man is a credit to your company I can only say thank you one again, Terry Dean..
