4-story residential building originally completed in 1879, but with the facade remodeled in 1940. It is clad in brown brick at the end piers, with brown metal and glass in between. The ground floor has a a metal surround with thin vertical ribbing surrounding a storefront on the left, and entrance to the upper floors on the right, with a recessed metal-and-glass door.

The upper floors have bands of windows, five wide, in brown metal framing, and there are large, slightly-projecting brown metal spandrels above each floor with the same thin ribbing as at the ground floor. The ground floor is occupied by Eco Community Cleaners.
