Catholic Church (Amravati City)

The Catholic Church of Rome began Mission Work in the Berar around 1848 under Rev. Fr. Thevenet. Earlier Akola was the original Center of the Catholic Church in Berar but in 1884 the headquarters’ were shifted to Amravati perhaps in those days the Catholic Church was established at Badnera.
