Former Catholic Cathedral of the Assumption (Penang Island)

Until 2003 this was known as the Cathedral of the Assumption. Cathedral status was then transferred to the present Cathedral of the Holy Spirit in Green Lane.

It is now officially the Church of the Holy Spirit, but still often referred to as the Cathedral.
