The Hawaiian Islands Land Trust (HILT) and Honolulu Coffee Company protect 225-acres of prime agricultural land situated above Kealakekua Bay. HILT purchased the initial conservation easement in 2016. With the second easement in place, Honolulu Coffee Company's entire Kealakekua Farm will remain in agricultural use forever.
