4-story Italianate residential building originally completed sometime in the 1860s as a townhouse. The lower two floors were altered around 1920, with a ground-floor wood-and-glass storefront installed, and a wide studio window installed on the 2nd floor. The entrance to the upper floors is at the north end. The top two floors are clad in white-painted brownstone, with three bays of single-windows. The ground floor is occupied by Hunan Village restaurant.
