5-story residential building completed in 1906. Designed by Bernstein & Bernstein, it is clad in grey-brown-painted stone. The central entrance is atop a small stoop that spans the basement areaways on either side, enclosed by an iron fence. The entrance has a glass door, sidelight, and transom; to either side is a large window with a projecting sill, and below are two basement windows. Multiple string courses top the ground floor, broken in the middle.

The upper floors have four bays of narrower windows. They all have eared lintels with cornices, joined by string courses, and sills that have panels projecting down to the cornice of the window below. The facade is crowned by a red metal roof cornice with plain brackets dividing it into four section, each with a pair of scrolled brackets and panels.
