5-story residential building completed in 1874. Originally a twin to the building next door to the east, both have had the ground floors altered (and the cornice is missing from the other building). The facade is clad in painted red brick. The ground floor has a red metal door with a glass window panel at the east end, topped by a transom and framed by grey cast-iron pilasters with Corinthian capitals. There is a smaller commercial glass door at the west end, with a thinner, terminating cast-iron pier. In between the doors is a low brick wall with two large plate-glass windows above. A metal band and roll-down metal gate housing top the ground floor.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with bracketed brownstone sills and curved brown metal lintels. A dark-grey metal fire escape runs down the two middle bays of the facade, which is crowned by a brown metal roof cornice with console brackets, modillions, dentils, and panels.
