This is a folded diamond, or parclo-AB, interchange between Interstate 77 and U.S. Route 52 with Country Route 290/1 (John Nash Boulevard) east of Bluefield, West Virginia. It is located just north of the East River Mountain Tunnel and is the southernmost interchange on Interstate 77 in West Virginia. It is also the north end of a brief overlap between Interstate 77 and U.S. Route 52 through the East River Mountain Tunnel. The interchange was built around 1969 and has not been significantly modified since.
