The waterfall façade spread across the block and is visible from as far as Thurgoona Street. The deep eyebrow projections painted in mint green emphasise the way the house unfolds. The steel framed windows provide slim horizontal and vertical lines. It was built in 1950 by owner builder A Abikhair.
