This title is wrong. WHOI (TV) studios and transmitter are in Creve Coeur, about 1 mile SW. The area marked here is a reclaimed area that used the be part of the Caterpillar factory and is due to be developed as the "new downtown" for East Peoria; it is totally unrelated to WHOI. | ||||
