This boundary roughly defines the Delco-Remy Anderson Complex which is now currently under development as the Scatterfield Business Park. At the height of production, the site employed more than 17,000 in executive, administrative, design, and manufacturing for Delco-Remy, a division of General Motors. Few of the plants remain and much has been demolished since the 2000s to make way for redevelopment.
