4-story commercial building completed in 1920. It is clad in white marble above a ground floor framed by black cast-iron pilasters with a metal-and-glass storefront, and an entrance to the upper floors on the right, with a glass door.

The upper floors have bands of windows with plate-glass middle panes and 2-over-1 end windows at the 2nd floor, and 3-over-2 middle windows with 2-over-1 windows at the 3rd & 4th floors, with black metal framing. The spandrels between floors have outlined rectangle panels with small rosettes at the corners. The facade is crowned by a marble roof parapet with a decorative shield; the roof line is stepped up at the center. The ground floor is occupied by Chinese Fast Wok.
