  • hi, i am from uk. i saw the prices online and it says 750rs. for 500gms plus 250rs for every 250gms thereafter. but when my brother in india went to send a parcel to me, they said its 1800 for 1kg. but according to online prices it should be 1300rs. why there is so much price difference????
  • hi sir customer are very disappointing in sanath nagar post office , the employees are very slow and careless. particularly multipurpose section lady is not respecting and lazy in work. (identification 60+ year old women, she has spets)

  • Very very poor service. When ever I make a call to the customer service for enquiry its going always busy. Government employees are very slow, careless, and lazy on work. That why Government sector never ever will change.

  • Very rude and incompetent work force,i could not encash my Kisan Vikas Patra and the staff refusing to encash them because i am a British citizen now and though i have my OCI (Overseas citizen of India) status as well. They are troubling me because it matured 2 years ago and i did not produce them them..Stay away from the deposit schemes of the indian postal service dept. Very hopeless corrupt government department in Telangana. My advice to all NRI and OCI diaspora don't invest in postal department schemes. Thanks for reading my grievinces.

  • It took One and half hrs for my cheque to be signed in GPO Abids. . The person at the counter was very quick but the Authorised signatory was unavailable ! The Lady Head, may be the Post master because she was seted inside tells me the following: It is Saturday. Staff unavailable. Went for training. Will have to wait till they come. It happens at times. You will have to bear with it. Very rude behaviour and unapologetic . We are forced to go there because of our Old NSS certificates! It is my sincere advise please avoid Post office Investments. Govt. should scale down postal services in Metros and give the best services in the rural areas. 1. Staff should be given proper training. 2. Like Banks all counters should be able to handle all services. Even if one person is on leave other counters will be able to handle the works. Otherwise , the customers will be sent back stating that the concerned person is on leave as it happened in my case when I went on an earlier day for withdrawal. 3. Dynamic staff & officers and to be posted who know how to behave with the cutomers and not have CHALTA HAI ATTITUDE. SALARY THO MILTA HAI!
