2-story commercial building completed sometime around 1900. It is clad in dark-grey brick. The ground floor has four bays of plate-glass show-windows on the north facade, with a glass door near the east end. The west facade has a glass storefront with a central glass door, and another glass door at the south end. The 2nd floor is entirely obscured by a billboard on the west facade, and mostly on the north facade as well. At the west end of the 2nd floor is a glass door opening onto a small fire escape landing, and the 2nd floor ends before ground floor, which continues farther to the east. The ground floor is occupied by Playa Bowls restaurant, and Rosa's Pizza.
