Setor Oeste (West Quarter) is a district of Goiânia, that is capital of brazilian state of Goiás. Considered one of the most noble of all districts, it was stablished to join down-town with the ancient district of Campinas(Hills). With a population over 20,000 inhabitants, Setor Oeste is one of the most populated of Goiânia and point out to have a predominant number of old-aged people. Its large green areas are remarkable, such as Bosque dos Buritis(Buritis Woods) and Lago das Rosas(Roses Lake Park), enclosed to the Zoo.
