The 2nd floor has a projecting, angled 3-window oriel on the left, supported by a pair of black scrolled brackets and topped by a simple black stone cornice. To the right is a double-window opening onto a fire escape landing. The 3rd floor has two double-windows, with a landing in front of the west bay, and a white iron grille covering the east bay. The facade is topped by a roof parapet that is stepped up at the ends, and behind it is a roof deck.
