It is clad in beige brick above a black iron ground floor with a main entrance on the right (with a black metal-framed glass door, sidelight, and transom), and a storefront on the left (with a glass-and-metal door at the west end). The upper floors have large studio windows with brick sills and lintels, with the western panes opening onto a small black iron fire escape. The facade is topped by a brick parapet sloping gently up toward the center, with five outlined brick rectangles following the slope on their upper edges (the middle one forming a peak). The ground floor is occupied by B&D Halal restaurant.
