A huge children's department store/shopping arcade, designed by Aleksei Dushkin, and built between 1954 and 1957. Originally the flagship of the Detsky Mir (Children's World) chain.
The building was sold in 2008 and closed for renovations.Reopened in 2015 under its new name.
