4-story residential building completed in 1874. It is clad in grey-painted brick above a rusticated stone ground floor, painted dark-grey. There is a central, low stoop flanked by stone planter walls also painted dark-grey and with decorative metal grilles on the fronts. The entrance has a glass-and-metal door, sidelights, and a transom. On either side of the doorway are two single-windows; a grey metal cornice caps the ground floor.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with white-painted, bracketed stone sills and flat lintels. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, pointed dentils, and panels.
