I'm leaving the name up in the air in case I think of something really good, but The Mill can serve as a temporary title.

There will be building very soon, so far only boats, but a permanent base is in order. In a few years de jure secession will be an option, so far we are well satisfied with de facto. Come and visit. You'll see that things on the ground look very different than this satellite pic.
