Blakesburg is a city in Wapello County, Iowa, United States. The population was 374 at the 2000 census.
The Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad served Blakesburg from 1887 until 1985, with a line now operated by the Iowa, Chicago and Eastern.
