125 aka Ratnadeep (Mumbai Suburban District)

125 aka Ratnadeep has been standing tall for almost 3 decades now. The building originally a MHADA construction has been extended some time back. 125 is centrally located and accessible to sahakar and chembur station with ease distance.This was one of the early building which got extended under redevelopment plans. One unique thing post development is the battery of staircases the buliding has, 10 in total.

Due to the location of ground opposite, it enjoys all the events and festivals esp Ganesh Chaturthi.
