1-story automobile dealership originally completed in 1955. By the 2000's, it was occupied by a Honda/Kawasaki/Suzuki/Yamaha dealership, and in 2013 the facade was completely redesigned and the building became Honda of Manhattan. That dealership moved out in 2017, and was replaced by Lexus the following year, making changes to the main entrance. Lexus remained until 2022.

The building wraps around the car wash on the corner, and the facades are clad in white cast-stone (with the base painted grey). The main entrance is near the north end on the avenue, with glass double-doors in a glass surround. The piers framing the entrance, and the cast-stone panels above are also painted grey, and extends slightly higher than the rest of the roof line. To the north is a show-window and a secondary entrance with glass double-doors. To the south the east facade has three bays of triple show-windows, and a single show-window.

The south facade on 46th Street has two garage doors with glass-and-metal roll-down gates (one wider than the other) and a metal service door.
