  Me and my wife want to open a new joint acct. in your bank, but my wife can only provide a SSS ID and a Cooperative ID. But one of your staff did not allow us to open what we request for the reason that one of here ID which is the cooperative ID was rejected while that said ID can be accepted by the other bank. While me as the primary applicant have all the requirements that is needed for opening an acct and yet my wife is only the secondary applicant for that account. why is it your staff is not friendly,for those people who want to open a new account? what is the reason why they can not consider that cooperative ID, while that certain ID is valid to the other banks and, while the here SSS ID is valid CAN BANCO DE ORO be a little bit lenient for those people who want to open a joint acct.
