  One of the latest malls in Bucharest, every week a couple of more tenants abandon the mall, the mall is practically collapsing there are cracks in the structure all around, and on top of it all is the only mall in Bucharest where you have to pay for parking, I give it 12 months before it goes broke or collapses on itself.
