Controversial zionist British billionaire Joe Lewis has been acquiing land in this area for some time, and has a planned community of a golf course and luxury subdivision here. This land owned by the Lewis-controlled Laderas companies. Roads for the planned “mini-city” are already being built, despite the fact that the companies are still not legally authorized to begin construction due to ongoing litigation.
