4-story Italianate residential building originally completed sometime in the 1860s as a townhouse. The lower two floors were altered around 1920, with a ground-floor storefront installed (with dark-grey painted brick, a plate-glass show-window, and a glass door and sidelight, and on the north end a glass door and transom accessing the upper floors. The 2nd floor was re-clad in cobbled stone and narrow tripartite windows installed.

The upper floors remain brownstone, with three bays of single-windows set in segmental-arched surrounds with bracketed sills. The ground floor is occupied by Previti Pasta & Pizza.
