Hung Hom Station is the terminus of MTR East Rail Line and West Rail Line in Hong Kong. It is located in Hung Hom, Kowloon. This station was opened in 1974 because the old Kowloon station at Tsim Sha Tsui was too small, had no room for expansion and was therefore demolished in the same year (although the clock tower still stands). This new Kowloon station, later renamed Hung Hom station.It also serves as terminus of intercity services with destinations to major cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, as well as Zhaoqing, Foshan, Dongguan in Guangdong.

Hung Hom Station is one of the three Hong Kong ports-of-entry on East Rail Line, along with Lo Wu Station and Lok Ma Chau Station.
