4-story Italianate residential building completed in about 1870. It is clad in orange brick on the upper two floors, and the bottom two have been altered with a frame on grey granite. The ground floor has a residential entrance at the north end with a glass door, sidelight, and transom, and a metal-and-glass storefront to the south with a similar entrance.

The 2nd floor has a 4-window bay, separated from the ground floor by a wide brown metal panel. The two upper floors have three bays of single-windows with thin, black stone sills and thin cornices on top. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets, dentils, and panels, an exact match to the cornice on the building to the north that was built at the same time. The ground floor is occupied by Manhattan Barber Shop.
