Located on the roof of the Moxy NYC hotel, the bar features two outdoor terraces; one on the east side overlooking the Empire State Building, and one on the west, with a carnival-like vibe and an antique carousel. Reservations are recommended as hotel guests get first dibs. It can be accessed through the street level on 7th Avenue.
