  iam a native of mandapadu.i am retired headmaster of z.p.h school in a.v.padu.this village is famous for cultivation of chillies and chilly seedlings. there are two famous temples constructed more 300 years ago.many festivals are celebrated and of all these sri ramanavami is famous.this festival is celebrated with great enthusiasm.there is a big chariot[rathamu]and rathotsavamu is conducted.

  HI! this a very nice village.i like this village very much beacause the houses are very spacious and good to play during holidays and more over my grand parents are living there.i enjoy navami and pongal a lot.
