Built in 1977 and designed by Cannon Design, Inc, the Buffalo Metropolitan Transportation Center is a 24hr transportation hub for the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority surface bus system. Serving 17 NFTA bus routes, the center also functions as an inter-city bus stop for 9 major bus lines, primarily serving the Toronto-New York route.
