I just spent 3 hours on May 18 2007 between this office and the local bank - paid Rs. 30 to local tout to fill my forms in Kannada - all just to pay the property tax for a flat in nearby Kendriya Vihar. My auto driver Sajid was helpful beyond words. Mr. Pai a local patron of educational institutes was an angel. An unforgettable experience! Wish I could have linked pictures and videos ..
