La Cebada Wind Farm (the northern of two "Los Cururos" project wind farms) is located in the Coquimbo Region of Chile, right on the coast of the Pacific Ocean about 60 km southwest of Ovalle (longer along the road) at km 332 of the Pan-American Highway. Commissioned in 2014, it consists of 18 Vestas V100/2000 and 3 V100/1800 wind turbines with a combined nominal capacity for the 21 turbines of 41.4 MW.
