Vaeküla railway station is a railway station located in Vaeküla, Rakvere rural municipality, Lääne-Viru County, 113.3 km by rail from Tallinn's Balti Jaam Station and 96.3 km from Narva border station. The nearest station in the direction of Tallinn is Rakvere, and in the direction of Narva is Kabala. In addition to the main road, the station has two side roads. Passenger trains have not stopped at Vaeküla since the spring of 2001. The Vaeküla railway complex is located north of the Tallinn–Narva railway. The wooden station building was built in the 1920s, probably according to the design of Leon Juhanson, similar to the Kaarepere and Palupera station buildings. The building was demolished in early 1999.[1]Several outbuildings remain.
