Chens is a very small, casual Chinese restaurant that almost feels like a diner. You order at the counter and serve your own drinks, including your own hot tea from an urn. Simple surroundings, but the food is very fresh and of good quality. It hits the wok moments after you order, and is on your table quickly, steaming hot. There are about a dozen tables inside, a television and an ice cream freezer. No alcoholic beverages are served. Lunch specials are available for under $6. Delivery available.
