Known locally as Brookwood Station. The Peachtree Amtrak Station is located above Norfolk Southern's line through the Brookwood section of Atlanta.Service is provided by Amtrak's Crescent passenger train.

Opened in 1917. Architect Neil Reid. Designed along classical Italianate lines. Counting local commuter service, over 140 trains daily stopped here by the late 1920s. Now only 2 trains daily. A statue of Samuel Spencer, first president of Southern Railways sits in the garden here, ironically facing the interstate adjacent to the station.
