Westmount Park

A large park in Westmount designed by Frederick Law Olmsted. Olmsted also designed Mount-Royal Park and Central Park in New York. Westmount Library and Greenhouse is located within Westmount Park. There is a kids playground. There are several soccer, football, baseball and tennis courts (both clay and hard). A beautiful man-made river runs through the park and creates a pond. The Westmount bike path runs through the park.

In fact, Frederick Law Olmsted did not design Westmount Park. He was declared senile in 1895, and died in 1903.
