Ong Teng Cheong Peak (OTC Peak) was named in honour of Republic of Singapore's 1st Elected President. First mountain ascent, via the south-eastern ridge, was on July 29, 2005. The expedition was sponsored by Mac Coffee; known as the "Mac Coffee Tien Shan Expedition 2005". Team leader Mr. David Lim, and members Mr. Tok Beng Cheong, Mr. Mohd Rozani bin Maarof, and Ms. Shani Tan.

This peak falls within the Sary Dzhas, Central Tien Shan mountain range of Kazakhstan. Location is 42.342666NL, 90.049020EL; with the summit at 4,743m.
