Baltic 1 Wind Farm is a German offshore wind farm located approximately 16 km (10 miles) north of the Darss-Zingst Peninsula in the southwest part of the Baltic Sea at a depth of 16-19 m (52-62 ft). Commissioned in 2011, it consists of 21 Siemens SWT-2.3-93 wind turbines with a combined nominal capacity of 48.3 MW.
